When K gives a little bit more to the other students compared to the amount that W and M give out. w make such a big fuss and say that it is unfair for K to do such a thing, with intention (as said by w) to make the students fancy K and not the other rep or the class teacher, although the money is actually coming from the class teacher. w wants Encik A to cut down the monthly allowance given to K, so that people under K's jurisdiction will get less and realize that everything depends on the class teacher and K is not the one in charge or the nice one giving alms.
