CHKDSK runs everytime i boot

1. been having this problem for quite some time now..
2. it becomes very annoying at times when i need to boot it up fast, presentation days, low battery power (and no switch anywhere around)
3. i've always mention my intention to reformat my OS..but being terribly busy, i could slot in formatting my laptop into my daily routine..
4. was in the library.. was google-ing past year questions.. it occured to me to find a solution to my CHKDSK problem.. so here it is..
THE SIMPLE SOLUTION
start - run - type in
command prompt pops up
type in
fsutil dirty query c:
if it mention c is dirty
type in
chkdsk c: /f /x
you are done! try retstarting.. walla..
